Tides, Weather and Wind

We are constantly reviewing the weather and conditions, we will not run a trip when it is deemed unsafe. The boat captain will let you know the planned route and sea conditions before departure. If we have to cancel a trip we will let you know as far in advance as possible.

Rain dosen't stop play, we will run trips on rainy day forceasts. 

Dressing warmer than you expect is recommended, it is much cooler at sea. Ben’s mum would say one extra layer for the harbour and two for when you're out at sea. 

The sea can be unpredictable and if conditions change suddenly the captain may return to port earlier than planned.

Parking

Fowey gets very busy during the summer months which can lead to full car parks. We advise you to arrive in Fowey half an hour prior to the start time of your activity to over come this potential problem. We recommend you park at a Car Park called Caffa Mill (PL231DF). This is where we meet for our trips.
There is an over flow car park 100 metres down the road called Old Station Yard Car Park. Alternatively The Main Car Park (PL231ET) is also recommended. 

Paying by stripe 

Booking online is advisable and stripe is a secure payment gateway used by thousands of online customers.

Booking Confirmation

Once you have checked out and your basket and payment has been processed - You will automatically receive a booking confirmation email. These can be filtered to your junk email, please check there before contacting us. 

Under 18’s

Participants who are under the age of 18 are classed as needing a guardian when going afloat on all of our activities. This means that anyone under that age will need to be accompanied by at least 1 Over 18 for the entire duration you are afloat. 

Are Dogs allowed

Unfortunately not - We love dogs and we have tried it, whipping along the coast at speed and looking for wildlife doesn't bring out their best behaviour and for the comfort of all passengers onboard we can't let them join us.

When are Activities Running?

To see what activities are happening, head to the boat trips tab at the top of the page, scroll down until you see the a tour duration and type you like, click on the tab for date, times and availability. You can book everything through the website.

Cancelation Policy

We understand sometimes you can not make your booking for various reasons. Please refer to the terms and conditions for our full refund policy. In short, if you cancel your booking with a week or more till your start date we can fully refund you. If you cancel it within a week we will take a £10 per person fee and refund you the remaining balcance. If you cancel your booking within 48 hours of the start time you are not eligible for a refund. 

Please appreciate we can only carry 12 passengers, which makes no shows, late arrivals and I forgot when I booked it for very hard for us to accomodate. If you cannot join us, please let us know as soon as possible, so that we can try and re-sell your seats.

Toilets

Public toilets are available in Fowey at Caffa Mill Car Park (on the side of our Activity Centre in the middle of the car park) and on the Town Quay at a small fee.
